### Humour A healthy dose of humour is what a leader needs and most of them who want to be one lack it. That might sound harsh but it's a fact. If you can't laugh (in the first place about yourself) you can't loosen up the crowd and it will be hard to be found sympathetic. No flock of sheep will follow a wolf no matter how hard he tries to make them believe he is fond of _sheep_. Can you learn to be a funny person? I doubt it. It's possible to learn some tricks but it will never be heartfelt. For sure we all know someone telling jokes which are not funny at all (teachers, uncle Sam, the neighbour or your little nephew).
