________________________________________________________________________________________ **Hey everyone,** ________________________________________________________________________________________ *I hope you are all doing well!* ________________________________________________________________________________________ **A Day in My Life** ________________________________________________________________________________________ Yesterday, my class was canceled due to road closures caused by a PTI jalsa. Instead of letting the day go to waste, we decided to turn it into a special one by visiting our grandmother's house for breakfast. ________________________________________________________________________________________ The place was so much crowded, with a long line of men waiting and just a few women in the separate queue. My mother joined the line of females while we stayed in the car, eagerly waiting for her to return with the delicious halwa puri. ![image.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWyjj2u2fShhZisPXvR8uXi4HSL3S8mNVopsAdC3aC2Xi/image.png) We reached to our grandmother’s house at around 11:30 am. She was pleasantly surprised and happy to see all of us together because my mother, father and younger sisters usually visit her more often. The food was delicious and the company made it even better. These simple moments with loved ones are truly priceless. After breakfast, my sister and i washed the dishes to help and share the workload. ________________________________________________________________________________________ We left for home around 12:30 pm. It was a short but memorable visit that brightened everyone’s day. Spending time at my grandmother’s house always feels special and this small breakfast gathering was no exception. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Moments like these remind me of the joy in simple things (family, laughter and shared meals).
