When it comes to the face, one of the vital part of our daily function is the teeth, from aesthetics to its main function which is for eating and possibly for speech.So it is important to maintain it in the best way possible. These are the tips/Lifehacks to maintain it:

1. Brushing

-It is considered as a no brainer for all of us that brushing is one of the things to do to maintain the health of our teeth.Though little do people know that the most important time to brush your teeth is before sleeping.Why is that so? It is because during sleeping where there is no activity that there is less saliva and less saliva means less washing up of built up bacteria in the surface of the teeth.And the food debris from your dinner intensifies it more making it look like a fiesta for the bad bacteria in the flora of the mouth to aggregate.The food debris were eaten by the bacteria and produces acid that cause the demineralization of our teeth. Yikes! No brush before sleeping= More food debris + More bacteria= Higher chances of demineralization=Tooth decay!
