Can fear of lose make your relationship more closed and trustable?

The fear of loosing the one you love naturally come with deep emotion that arises from Strong attachment or intimacy and fear of being separated from those who hold significant purpose in our lives. This lose of fear in a relationship depends, loosing a partner could be very oppressive, terrible and unhealthy. The feeling of being afraid to loose someone is very excruciating and punishing too between married couples, boy/girlfrirelationships so on. Ladies and Gentlemen relationships are meant to come with all happiness and joy not fear. Most youths in relationships are in place of anxiety and insecurity and this loving of someone you love can be complex and there are needs to set boundaries. It is best to set boundaries knowing your partners mutual understanding of what your comfortable with or not, respecting each other’s privacy. These are the major mistakes we do that makes us insecure sharing your passwords or account with each other should have a set limit line and focus on quality time on your partner instead. Setting boundaries in terms of what you talk or discussed about should be limited, like your past relationships, limiting truths because nobody’s perfect. This fear of losing a partner usually affects the ladies when they are fully committed in a relationship. It is best to be with someone who can be yourself with, respects your values and boundaries too. Sometimes the passion in a relationship can make it difficult to lose your spouse/partner overcommitment would finally make you end up exhausting yourself. I understand that in relationships there are intimacy which involves sex which is meant to be kept sacred as husband and wife has been abused as it has become the Oder of the day becoming part of pleasure don’t miss understand me it’s also a pleasure but best for couples. Is the fear of lose a sign of a healthy relationship? The feeling of loosing some is very hurtful an painful meanwhile some relationships actually involve fear of losing someone though it’s normal part of a deep emotionally intimacy or connection. It is also essential to address and examine the fear. Must say that it’s not a sign of a healthy relationship. ####

How to overcome the fear of someone you love.

Don’t be afraid to do so having someone who listens to you and also understand that you mean a lot. + Bear in mind that you can’t be in control of everything. You will end up giving yourself a hard time. + Live your life to the fullest! Having the mindset of fear of lose would stop you from living your life Create good memories with friends and probably family to ease off the anxiety. + Look beyond being a fraud. + Talk to your family aside from your partner because your not alone. ####

It could be a toxic relationship you have been into and eventually starts looking at all relationships through the lens as though all are the same. + Maltreatment: The fear of losing someone you love sprouts when someone maltreatment or mistreats you. A study of a friend of mine who has been succumbing to the toxicity of his male friend because of the favors she received and get from him. Overlooking these all in the name of fear of losing a toxic partner would send you to an early grave. + Insecurity is another feeling that comes with the fear of losing your partners. For instance when you place your self on a low self esteem and belittling yourself or think you don’t deserve love then this particular thoughts can make you fear losing a loved ones. ## Thanks for your time.
