Health is a state of physical, mental, and social well-being, not just being free from disease or disability. Health also includes various aspects, including physical, mental, social, and economic health. Maintaining health is very important to achieve a better quality of life and prevent various diseases. There are many things that can be done to maintain health. However, on this occasion I will discuss only one, namely by exercising regularly, God willing, health can be maintained properly. Here are some types of sports that I usually do during the day and at night to maintain health. **1. However, not all of my children's sports hours involve playing soccer, I only play sports with the 5th and 6th grade children. But I always exercise when my class 6b children have a sports lesson schedule. I have prepared myself from the beginning before going to school with sports clothes. We also play soccer for more than an hour, of course with rest time available in between. **2. The positive impact that I get from this exercise is that I am more enthusiastic in carrying out my various daily activities. In addition, sleep feels deep and of course the body is also fresh.
