For me: * depression in this contexts is the bad drive to become sad, navigating from an happy mood to a bitter mood. * Depression is been denatured from God's original plan into a custody of satan. * Depression is a trauma. You feel the outcome. You carry the burdens. No smiles. No gladness. You feel a strong load on you. That's dépression. It's a: **D:** Dark **E:** Events **P:** Pressurizing your **R:** Realm of **E:** Expansion, **S:** Structuring, **S:** Standardization; **I:** Irritated by **O:** Open **N:** Notion

Have you ever felt depressed? If so, what did you do to get out of depression?

Yes! When I was heart broken. I felt totally disconnected from the networking of love for almost one months. I decided to move on after the whole stuff. Though it wasn't easy to walk out so easily after been with a particular individual for months and years. I had to lock my heart. I don't know funny this sounds to some users here. But sincerely speaking, I locked my hearts. That was what I did and I was able to regain my true source of happiness.

Do you know someone who is currently experiencing some symptoms of obvious depression? What do you think they should do to overcome this disorder in their life? Can you try to help them overcome it?

Yeah! I know of a guy who just got to my dm last night and said: **Bro. My girlfriend just broke up with me**. At the spot, I could feel the sense of struggles in his hearts, even though he was hiding it from the public. He later reveal how his intentions at the moment seems. However, since I've been in that shoe and I know how depressed this heart break would bid on him. My advise is just simple and clear: **Lock your hearts**. I got to know that most girls are fun of this nonsensical nonsense. They will be the one to accept the friendship just to keep you like a guard around them. But immediately they've been able to pass through that limits or they've gotten their attention, they will leave you sadden. So instead, it's better for Jesus Christ to take my hearts than a flesh. So, if I were you I would advise: Lock your hearts please 🙏🙏

Some recommendations that you would like to write from your experience, so that someone with symptoms of depression can get out of this emotional condition and recover their active and happy life

Whenever you are depressed, don't stress yourself. Just do this few things: * Lock your hearts. Your hearts is so important to you. And so if you joke with it, you may die quickly. Lock it. You are the only one that has the key to your heart, so whatever thing you don't want anymore, lock it and give the key to **Jesus Christ**. He will secure it for you. * Delete the person's pictures from your phone. Until you delete that picture, the memories of that person will keep on reflecting in your thoughts, emotions and daily inspirations. You will not see any other person better than her the moment that picture is still there. So delete it. * Promise yourself never to look back. Depression is just like the story of Los who turned to pillar of salts. Once you're heal from that depressing state, never look back, keep moving. * Make Jesus Christ your lover now. Jesus Christ will not break up with you. Instead, He will be longing to have you more and more. And you won't regret too been with him.
