What everyone is talking about within steemit, in WhatsApp groups, is a campaign to attract new users, a campaign that I joined and undertook fiercely in my family group and closest friends, do not stop talking and presenting the benefits offered by Steemit, so much so that in a matter of a month at most two months, I managed to get eleven people with blood ties and others with ties of friendship and fraternity, made the decision to join Steemit, I personally helped them in their initiation process, we talked frequently and guided them, everything was going relatively well, an atmosphere of normality was felt, until at a family reunion, I was literally riddled, I was cornered, it was a pitched and unequal fight, all against one.

After a few tense minutes, we resume the dialogue to understand their frustration and anger, it is not for less, for example a friend to whom I spoke the wonders of steemit, to date has 3 post of introduction, they know that, they have not verified, got tired and moved to Hive, so many other cases that manifest in the groups to which I belong, they are no longer isolated cases, it is becoming more and more common, it is becoming very repetitive, it is becoming a vice and eye that all vices are bad, because where was that that we make Steemit grow? The intention is to add users, who produce original and quality content, who identify and commit to this platform, this way they will stay and remain active over time, instead with this indifference the only thing we achieve is that people register, feel lonely, frustrated and leave immediately.

Of course, I always explained to my acquaintances and close ones, that this is about constancy, that this is not easy at all likewise I understand that the work of administrators, moderators and curators of the communities is arduous, it is hard work and I congratulate them for it, But that things that there are always the buts, just as they have the time to invite new users to delegate in their communities, to follow the paths of healing in exchange for a vote or in exchange for minimal rewards, is not it better to send them a message of encouragement, you're doing well, go ahead, I congratulate you, welcome. Let's understand something gentlemen and leave aside the romanticism, all, read well, all registered in steemit and publish daily, including me we do it for a monetary issue, but that does not mean that we lose the sense of humility, brotherhood, so just because some are relatively stable within the platform, does that mean they can not help new users to grow?

I want to clarify, that I am not against those who already went from being a fish to dolphins or that by their hard work, perseverance and dedication already went on to sail in this ocean of steemit as whales, I mean that we must retake the essence of the platform, we must dedicate a little time to review and comment on publications, encourage users who spend time writing and publishing content to feel that their effort is worthwhile, that they are taken into account and that they are motivated to continue publishing, nobody says it's easy, but United we can achieve a lot, I added that all this situation I am observing in Spanish-speaking communities, Latino communities, where everyone is for their own, I do not criticize, that's fine, I'm not judging anyone for investing in your account and try to get great benefits, but we must not forget those who need our support, it costs nothing to leave a good comment on a publication, reestimate it if it has good content, so it can reach more people and that these in turn can support them.

Another worrying aspect, is the plagiarism, I have reviewed and followed publications of administrators of some communities and to my surprise when reviewing the content with:

the tool detects in some cases up to 70% of unoriginal content or with many coincidences with other publications on the network, but that's not all, the worrying thing is that some users with a lot of reputation vote and support this type of content, the reason, everyone wants to eat a piece of that cake, why? Because these publications come to get a significant number of votes and in turn a good remuneration.

Hola apreciados lectores, de nuevo retomando la actividad en la red, luego de pasar por completo los síntomas de COVID-19 contagiado una semana después de recibir la primera dosis de la vacuna china Sinopharm, gracias a Dios y con ayuda del tratamiento médico, superamos los síntomas de este virus que sigue causando estragos a nivel mundial, recomendación: no bajar la guardia, cumplir las medidas de bioseguridad y cuidarse mucho.

Hoy día, quiero tratar un tema sencible considerado por muchos un TABÚ, pero siento que es mi deber como usuario, quizás esté firmando mi sentencia de muerte, tal vez sea sepultado y enviado al olvido, jeje, no es que sea muy visible en Steemit, pero en ocasiones al tocar una vértebra se desencadenan algunos demonios que se vuelven contra ti, sin importar lo grande o pequeño que seas.

No es para tanto, es un poco de sarcasmo el texto anterior, solo quiero romper el hielo. Lo cierto del caso es que durante el tiempo que estuve enfermo, me aleje de las publicaciones en Steemit, pero cuando me sentía con algo de ánimo, me dedique a leer y visitar muchos Post en diferentes comunidades, principalmente la comunidad para los recién llegados, la más importante cuando cuando nos registramos, puedes visitar siguiendo y pinchando el siguiente enlace:

[Newcomers' Community](https://steemit.com/trending/hive-172186) ya todos sabemos que en esta comunidad, tenemos que empezar completando una serie de logros, para interactuar, conocer a otros usuarios y darnos a conocer dentro de esta basta red, para aprender a desenvolvernos y manejar términos y herramientas necesarias y de gran utilidad en Steemit.

De lo que todos hablan dentro de steemit, en los grupos de WhatsApp, es de una campaña para atraer nuevos usuarios, campaña a la que me uni y emprendí férreamente en mi grupo familiar y amigos más allegados, no deje de hablar y presentar las bondades que ofrece Steemit, tanto así que en cuestión de un mes a lo sumo dos meses, logré que once personas con vínculos sanguíneos y otros con lazos de amistad y fraternidad, tomarán la decisión de unirse a Steemit, los ayude personalmente su proceso de iniciación, hablábamos frecuentemente y los orientaba, todo estaba marchando relativamente bien, se sentía un ambiente de normalidad, hasta que en una reunión familiar, me acribillaron literalmente, me acorralaron, fuen una pelea campal y desigual, todos contra uno.

Luego de unos tensos minutos, retomamos el diálogo para poder entender su frustración y enojo, no es para menos, por ejemplo un amigo a quien le hable las maravillas de steemit, a la fecha lleva 3 post de introducción, saben que, no lo han verificado, se cansó y se mudó a Hive, asi muchos otros casos que manifiestan en los grupos a los que pertenezco, ya no son casos aislados, cada vez es más y más común, ya se está volviendo muy repetitivo, se está volviendo vicio y ojo que todos los vicios son malos, porque donde quedó eso de que hagamos crecer a Steemit? La intención es sumar usuarios, que produzcan contenido original y de calidad, que se identifiquen y se comprometan con esta plataforma, de esta manera se quedarán y mantendrán activos en el tiempo, en cambio con esta indiferencia lo único que logramos es que las personas se registren, se sientan solas, frustradas y abandonen inmediatamente.

Claro, siempre le explicó a mis conocidos y allegados, que esto se trata de constancia, que esto no es nada fácil igual entiendo que el trabajo de administradores, moderadores y curadores de las comunidades es arduo, es un trabajo duro y los felicito por ello, Pero que cosas que siempre existen los peros, así como tienen el tiempo para invitar a los nuevos usuarios a delegar en sus comunidades, a seguir los senderos de curación a cambio de un voto o a cambio de unas mínimas recompensas, no es mejor enviarles un mensaje de aliento, lo estás haciendo bien, sigue adelante, te felicito, bienvenido. Entendamos algo señores y dejemos de lado el romanticismo, todos, léase bien, todos los registrados en steemit y que publican a diario, incluyéndome lo hacemos por un tema monetario, pero eso no implica que perdamos el sentido de humildad, de hermandad, osea que ya porque algunos están relativamente estables dentro de la plataforma, quiere decir que no pueden ayudar a nuevos usuarios a crecer?

Quiero aclarar, que no estoy en contra de aquellos que ya pasaron de ser unos peces a delfines o que por su arduo trabajo, constancia y dedicación ya pasaron a navegar en este océano de steemit como ballenas, me refiero a que debemos retomar la esencia de la plataforma, debemos dedicar un poco de tiempo a revisar publicaciones y comentarlas, dar aliento a los usuarios que dedican tiempo a redactar y publicar contenido, que sientan que su esfuerzo está valiendo la pena, que son tomados en cuenta y que se motiven a continuar publicando, nadie dice que es fácil, pero Unidos podemos lograr mucho, acotó que toda esta situación la estoy observando en comunidades de habla hispana, comunidades latinas, donde cada cual está por lo suyo, no lo critico, eso está bien, no estoy juzgando a nadie por invertir en su cuenta y tratar de obtener grandes beneficios, pero no debemos olvidar a aquellos que necesitan de nuestro apoyo, no cuesta nada dejar un buen comentario en una publicación, reestimearla si tiene buen contenido, para que así pueda llegar a más personas y que estos a su vez puedan apoyarlos.

Otro aspecto preocupante, es el plagio, he revisado y seguido publicaciones de administradores de algunas comunidades y para mi sorpresa al revisar el contenido con:

la herramienta detecta en algunos casos hasta 70% de contenido no original o con mucha coincidencias con otras publicaciones en la red, pero eso no es todo, lo preocupante del caso es que algunos usuarios con mucha reputación votan y apoyan este tipo de contenido, la razón, todos quieren comer un trozo de ese pastel, por qué? Porque estás publicaciones llegan a obtener un número significativo de votos y a su vez una buena remuneración.

Se que algunos se sentirán identificados por este contenido, otros tantos seguro solo leerán y pasarán la página y algunos se sentirán aludidos, pero esa no es la intención de este post, lo que se quiere es que se dedique un poco más de tiempo a los nuevos usuarios, que se les apoye y se les ayude , comentando sus post, sugerir amablemente las correcciones que tenga que hacer y guiarlos hasta que estos puedan desenvolverse solos, hasta que entiendan como funciona realmente está plataforma.
