Hello everyone and welcome to my blog, it is yet another privilege to participate in this SECS 8 Week 4: titled The mental health of a content creator. Content creators go through a lot of mental stress when trying to come up with interesting content. I shall be sharing my view according to the guide below.

HOW DO YOU FEEL WHEN CREATING CONTENT? IS IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR YOU OR ON THE CONTRARY, DOES IT GENERATE ANXIETY AND DISCOURAGEMENT?

Creating content for me comes with a lot of excitement and commitment because it expresses one state of mind and expression in writing. Writing has always been imaginary and spectacular part of my existence where one has put her efforts and zeal to work.

Something writing an article can give you or provide you with a lot of anxiety based on the topic you're writing which may profess doubt about not being good enough for people to get through. So when writing content you must cast out disbelief and anxiety or any form of nervousness together.

Yes, a lot of times I've felt like giving up on writing because writing comes with a mood and balance for my thoughts to flow out without trying to force them out. So many times if I felt like writing my whole being at that moment in time doesn't feel the same, writing is an art of visualization, if your mentality is not accepting the moment we tend to plunder in our quality of expectations.

Writing is also architecturally inclined as the architect envisions the client's brief by verbal expression of the client to the architect, in other words, writing can be freely expressed when you're mentally stable. Haven't gone through a lot of imagination to develop content, the brain gets exhausted at some point but I try to relax and get my mental stability back then I continue back program.

WHAT DO YOU FEEL WHEN YOUR CONTENT IS NOT VALUABLE AS YOU EXPECT IT TO BE? DOES THIS AFFECT YOU MENTALLY?

If my write-up is not valued as per what I've put together as a value setup, it simply means I'm not identifying my reader's viewpoint which can be more devastating and demoralizing altogether. Efforts not applauded can mentally and physically affect one emotion of even trying again. Because everyone can write but not everyone can comprehend the concept behind writing.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A CONTENT CREATOR TO KEEP A HEALTHY MIND?

Health they say is wealth, as a content creator to maintain a healthy mind. Firstly, you need to always feed your mind with positivity by reading books and other people's content to bust your abilities to comprehend and create quality content that will be of benefit to who's reading it.

In conclusion, every content creator must be healthy to create active content that will be of great impact on the readers. It is therefore important to know the major ways to always stay mentally healthy as a content creator.
