I have not forgotten my dad’s words. He taught me how health is often neglected and that at times it is important to put yourself ahead of the rest.I've been attempting to put this into practice and experimenting with it over time. Thinking in such a way now, I understand that no one else is going to live our lives for us. We have the freedom to live our lives whatever we see fit. Some people think I’m selfish, some assume I’m generous, or maybe people assume I’m some sort of miser. Probably don’t care. What they want is for you to do what serves their interests. Once those interests are not served, even you will be blamed. Everyone has their limits, and there comes a time when too much of anything is not considered normal. It is only natural for individuals to experience a roller coaster of emotions, including anxiety and stress, frustration as well as elation. Too often in an attempt to please others, they lose track of themselves and don’t feel satisfied that their sense of self safety has been compromised. . A clear sign of indifference is when people’s heads are put on the proverbial chopping block for the final blow. What is even more astonishing is how quickly these people seem to recover. It is the sad reality of all children that they can manage to survive without parents and for couples, separation is possible without communication. No one wishes to go through such misery, going through depression. Up until anything would be good, he had a great existence. Friends would come to his house now and then. However, when reality switched he was the only one left since he had never been there. It is said that after that, he put a lot of thought into it, and I believe that must have proved to be harmful to him. There was an increase in his blood pressure and he even became thinner than before. Still, not a single person paid attention to him. Those who have never witnessed him during his off days will mourn him in the future I believe. While death’s door is sometimes shut, there are also times when we open the door and are the first to walk out of it. Taking good care and attention to my mental state is something that I have attributed to self-discipline. Accumulating debt is one aspect I have done everything possible to steer clear of. Since so many men fall as a result of excessive debt. I shall make every effort to live within my means. The other factor I hold in check to maintain some degree of balance in his mental state is having enough time to sleep out as much. Rest is of MC in this context and when I am tired, I don’t mess about when taking my relaxation time. I am legitimately trying to get a reasonable amount of sleep and then have as much partying as needed. It is rare for me to delve into deep contemplation that would have me out in no time. I also make an effort to follow up with people. The satisfaction I receive from hearing from them after a long period is unparalleled. And who knows how others felt when I simply checked in on them? Some people may be sad or unbalanced. However, knowing that they are remembered by those who have looked in on them is always the greatest. [source]()
