We have a very interesting topic to consider, am sure you are already in love this topic because we can all relate with it. Saying "NO" is one of the hardest things most people find hard to say even when they are hurting or very uncomfortable and you know it's even worse when the person/people they are dealing with are those very close to them or people they hold dear. Many people have damaged their self esteem and hurt themselves so bad just to please others by giving **"YES"** to every and any request when they really know it not convienient.
