Economic Importance Of Rat

| |- Rats possess so many economic importance, some of which are positive and some negative which is more pronounced. Some of these economic importance are listed below; * Rats are used in scientific research especially in medical studies where pharmaceutical product are tested, and also in psychological studies too. * Rats are consumers of grain, grains that are basic food for humans and this makes owners of food grain loose their food to rats. * Rats destroys goodswhich may be food and non-food products causing a great loss and stress to owners of the goods in question. * The production of rat poison is also directly or indirectly significant to the economy * Some people consume rat as food and this is an important source of animal protein for them This contest is really helpful as we have learnt some of the economic importance of rats.
