**Despair:** it fills us with an empty feeling, of something that could not be accomplished or that could be avoided, that point where we lose hope in everything and that sinks us into that dark place where there is no way out, leads us to doubts To think about what is right and what is wrong, we feel unable to move on and continue with our routine, you give up what motivates you. *Have you ever even for a moment felt that all the meaning that your life had vanished?* Sometimes this feeling leads us to make bad decisions and more if it is accompanied by anxiety, despair is accompanied by many deep things, as well as depression and internal emptiness, I can count the thousand times that I have felt this, however I wanted to capture it in a drawing. Sometimes when we have this emptiness we settle for anything, we are filled with very strong negative thoughts and we believe we deserve what little we have, receive mediocre love and live in a constant cycle of bitterness and sadness, even these cases usually happen mostly in love relationships. Toxic where apart from all the problems we have, dependence on the other develops, even if it is a person who mistreats you and makes your life a misery, you are still attached to him / her. For this drawing I was inspired by that feeling of despair that creates doubts in our lives, where no matter how hard you are, you keep insisting on sinking more, but that at the end of the day there is always a light that sooner or later you manage to see and you realize that there can be hope, that you can work on your mental and physical health, learn to love yourself and understand that not everything is black. She looks towards the window of her room and contemplates a sunny day, after a strong emotional crisis she decides to just look at the horizon and think that she has to change her life, and get out of this hole.

**La desesperación:** nos llena de un sentimiento vació, de algo que no se pudo cumplir o que se pudo evitar, ese punto donde perdemos las esperanzas en todo y que nos hunde en ese lugar oscuro donde no hayamos una salida, nos lleva a las dudas a pensar en que esta bien y que esta mal, nos sentimos incapaz de seguir adelante y continuar con nuestra rutina, renuncias a lo que te motiva. *¿Alguna vez aunque sea por un momento sentiste que todo el sentido que tenia tu vida se desvanecía?* A veces esta sensación nos lleva a tomar malas decisiones y mas si se acompaña con ansiedad, la desesperación viene acompañada de muchas cosas profundas, así como la depresión y el vació interno, puedo contar las mil veces que he sentido esto, sin embargo quise plasmarlo en un dibujo. A veces cuando tenemos este vació nos conformamos con cualquier cosa, nos llenamos de pensamientos negativos muy fuertes y creemos merecer lo poco que tenemos, recibir amor mediocre y vivir en un ciclo constante de amargura y tristeza, incluso estos casos mayormente suelen suceder en relaciones amorosas toxicas donde aparte de todos los problemas que tenemos se desarrolla la dependencia hacia el otro, incluso si es una persona que te maltrata y que te hace la vida una miseria, sigues ahí aferrad o a el / ella. Para este dibujo me inspire en ese sentimiento de desesperación que crean dudas en nuestras vidas, donde por mas golpeado que estés sigues insistiendo en hundirte mas, pero que al final del día siempre hay una luz que tarde o temprano logras ver y te das cuenta de que puede haber una esperanza, que puedes trabajar en tu salud mental y física, aprender a amarte y comprender que no todo es negro. Ella mira hacia la ventana de su habitación y contempla un día soleado, después de una crisis emocional fuerte decide solo mirar el horizonte y pensar en que tiene que cambiar su vida, y salir de este hoyo.
