¡Saludos! por motivo del cumpleaños de mi nieto decid hacer unas deliciosas galletas caseras y les comparto la receta, son súper rendidoras y no necesitan muchos ingredientes. Para el tamaño del cortador de galletas que utilicé la mezcla alcanzó para 80 galletas.

Extender la masa con un rodillo hasta que tenga medio centímetro de espesor. Utilizar un cortador de galletas con la forma que desean.

Su acabado debe ser dorado por el lado de abajo y casi blanco por arriba, este color puede variar dependiendo de la cantidad de esencia de vainilla que usen. Es todo a disfrutar de estas ricas y fáciles galletas.
