La ensalada atún, unas de mis comidas favoritas y de las más sencillas de hacer. Anteriormente lo hacíamos en casa con atún enlatado pero esta vez mi mami compro en post, lo sancocho para otra comida y lo desmenuzo, en ese momento no sabíamos que íbamos a hacer ensalada, por eso no les tengo fotos; el caso fue que quedo y le dije para hacer esta receta, así que comencemos con ella. **Ingredientes:** • 200 gr de atún. • 6 cucharadas grandes de mayonesa. • 4 zanahorias. • 4 papas. • 2 tomates. • 1 cebolla. • 2 huevos. • 1 pimentón rojo. • 20 gr de pimienta negra.

Tuna salad, one of my favorite meals and one of the easiest to make. **Pasó a paso:** • Lavamos bien los vegetales (papa y zanahoria) con los huevos y los colocamos en una olla dejándolos en la hornilla para que se sancochen.

• El atún como les comente ya estaba sancochado y se guardó en el frízer desmenuzado, entonces después de que se descongele, calentamos agua y en ella agregamos el atún para luego colarlo.

• Sacamos poco a poco los vegetales, en mi caso estuvo listo primero la papa, luego los huevos casi a la par. Lo colocamos en un plato para que enfríen.

• Lo dejamos enfriar y luego procedemos a quitarle la concha a todo.

•Entonces comenzamos picando todo en cuadros pequeños, recomiendo comenzar con la papa y zanahoria. •Luego picamos el pimentón y tomates. Y la cebolla la rayamos.

• El toque final es la mayonesa, 6 cucharadas y mezclamos. • Así de fácil terminamos la rica ensalada de atún. • Esta comida puede ser acompañada como prefieran en mi caso fue con arroz blanco y tajadas.
