first I added the vegetable oil to the pot and place it on a heat source (gas cooker) to steem for about a minute and thirty seconds, for the oil to be noticeably hot.

after a minute and 30 seconds I added sliced onions to it and allowed for 30 seconds,

after which blended fresh tomatoes was added to it and allowed to have steem for about 3 minutes,

Then desired quantity of dried peper was added, as well as desired

quantity of grinned crayfish and salt was also added and a cup of water was added to it and they were allowed to steem for about 3 minutes,

then smoked fish that has been properly washed with hot water was added to it together with Seasoning, that is Maggi know and spice city

And they were allowed to boil for about five minutes then cury leaf was added to it to add to the flavour

and sweet aroma then the pot of stew was allowed to boil for two minutes after which the pot of stew was put down from the heat source

and the stew was done and ready to be served . That was the process I took to prepare my pot of stew and It was yummy yummy, and before I started the cooking I ensure
