Hola queridos steem culinarios, esta semana el reto esta super divertido al saber que debíamos promocionar la marca Nestle pensé en la infinidad de productos que poseen, al principio quería hacer alguna receta dulce, luego de buscar me emocionó la idea de hacer un caldo usando una sopa de pollo con fideos maggi, una receta simple como acostumbro sin embargo el sabor es único.

La preparación de esta deliciosa sopa de pollo con fideos es muy fácil, sólo debes disolver el sobre en 4 tazas de agua hirviendo, sin embargo opte por complementar con otros ingredientes como verduras, laurel y piezas de pollo, esto le dio un sabor inigualable. > The preparation of this delicious chicken noodle soup is very easy, you only have to dissolve the sachet in 4 cups of boiling water, however I chose to complement it with other ingredients such as vegetables, bay leaf and chicken pieces, this gave it a unique flavor. ***

▪️ 1 sobre de sopa de pollo con fideos maggi. ▪️ 1 kg de verduras (yuca, auyama, y plátano verde). ▪️ Aliño (perejil, ají dulce y cebolla). ▪️ 300 gr de pollo. ▪️ Condimentos (sal, onoto, pimienta y laurel). ▪️ Aceite. ▪️ 2 litros de agua. > ▪️ 1 packet of chicken soup with maggi noodles. > ▪️ 1 kg of vegetables (yucca, auyama, and green plantain). > ▪️ Aliño (parsley, sweet bell pepper and onion). > ▪️ 300 gr of chicken. > ▪️ Seasoning (salt, onoto, pepper and bay leaf). > ▪️ Oil. > ▪️ 2 liters of water. ![Maggi chicken broth. Se debe picar y lavar las verduras. > Vegetables should be chopped and washed. ***

El proceso anterior debe repetirse con los aliños. > The above process should be repeated with the dressings. ***

Se pone a pre-calentar una olla a fuego medio, seguido de ello se agrega un poco de aceite para sofreír el aliño junto al pollo. > Preheat a pot over medium heat, then add a little oil to sauté the dressing with the chicken. ***

Luego se agrega el condimento a gusto, en mi caso agregué un poco de onoto, pimienta y sal. > Then add the seasoning to taste, in my case I added a little onoto, pepper and salt. ***

Después de sofreír por unos minutos agregué los dos litros de agua y la hoja de laurel, tapé hasta hervir. > After sautéing for a few minutes I added the two liters of water and the bay leaf, covered until boiling. ***

La sopa debe hervir hasta que las verduras suavicen, seguido de ello se comprueba si esta bien de sal no ser así se agrega un poco, y luego se apaga. > The soup should boil until the vegetables soften, then check if it is well salted, if not, add a little salt, and then turn it off. ![Maggi chicken broth.
