## Introduction

I welcome you all again to my blog this afternoon. I am heathy, hope you are doing well too.It is my routine to attend steemit training weekly and i always invite newbies to come so that they will see other steemiains in our City. It is always a encouraging.

### What we discussed during the training.

This training was organized by my and other members of my team. We had about 8 person's in attendance. They were the second to come to the venue. So i started to share steemit to young Guy. I tried to help him see that steemit is not get rich quick scheme. I told him that now that he want to join steemit, he should not expect making millions of dollars in one month. I helped him to know that it is a social media platform were only original post count.

He asked, like how much will one post pay? I showed him my page to know that some post pays out zero though is quality post. I told him the what count is how much steem in the wallet if the person that voted your post. He asked how much can one invest on steem? I told him the current price if steem that day NGN 150. I told him that it his his choice now to decide how many steem he wants to buy. As they came we discussed mainly on steemit team update on how curators will work this month of September 2022. Why we should participate in week3 of season4 engagement Challenge. @precious123 do not know how to convert sbd to stream so I helped her to do it. After the training, i called my prospect who was unable to come to explain some of the things we discussed with her. She said she was ready to register. **Registration begins**: she told me that she want to learn how to do registration immediately so that she can help others too in case she have someone to register.

I told her what she need for the registration and she provided all the information. I told her to stay online so that we do it together. Thank God network was good and the registration was successful. I did recording on how she will set up her account and write Introduction post. I also send to her sample of Introduction post so that she will know what to write and how to write it. She was happy and grateful. Her Username is @thompson22. **Challenges i face in helping new users to write on steemit**: sometimes when I have time to mentor them, they are busy and when they are free i will be busy. But in i do my best to help them especially those who are ready to learn. **Conclusion**: I have helped you to see my how i helped @thompson to register on steemit.
