We worshipped God together both at home and in our Kingdom Hall and shopped as a family later in the evening.* **

Morning Hours:

** *I began the day by heading with my husband to my physiotherapist for a session. We called him the night before to tell him about some waist pain I've been dealing with for some days now due to some minor injuries I had a while back, and he asked us to come that morning, so I was looking forward to it. Reaching his house the physiotherapist gave me a soothing massage on my waist which really help in easing the pain and discomfort. He also gave me a mix of herbs and roots in spirit to drink, and that really aided my recovery.* ![1000016324.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQstjYiWYJoNLcZxq7MP14DnvjULGETqXzsotqDKq5eMi/1000016324.jpg) *After spending a short time we returned home. I treated myself to a hot bath, which really helped after the massage. Then I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate with coconut bread while my kids were busy watching their favorite cartoons. I ended up falling asleep in my bedroom for a little while because my little troubleshooters were in the sitting room, it felt refreshing when I woke up.* **

Noon:

** *My hubby was done washing the car this time and was bathing the kids while I applied their body cream to them. After that, we conducted the Day's Bible text, which reminded us that we can always rely on Jehovah God for help in times of need; he will answer our prayers for help. After that, I prepare lunch for us. I made garri and soup, it's a dish we all love; I had the soup in the fridge already, so I only warmed it and made the garri. Afternoon:

** *After lunch we rested for some minutes then I put the kids to sleep so that they wouldn't sleep at the meeting, and then I took some time to iron my dress and the kid's clothes for the meeting. By 3:30 PM, we got ready for our Christian meeting and were at the Kingdom Hall on time. The meeting was refreshing as always, starting with the public talk, followed by a study of our international journal, the Watchtower study. The study teaches us how to with injustice. This evening session really made a difference! I felt so much better than before and I'm grateful for the improvement.* **

The place is so spacious and beautifully designed! They sell everything here, We found a great school bag for our 7 year son, and my husband treated himself to stylish Versace shoes. Just like cake, less I forgot my kids had a blast at the mall, hahaha😂 the way running around and getting excited over everything little things they saw, the flowers, bicycle, a guitar, toy cars teddy bear, and baby walker, guess what they asked me to born a new baby for them so that they can put him in the walker; God abeg O! I felt grateful for such a beautiful day spent with my little but amazing family. Every moment was special for me, and I cherish it so much, I cherish the memories we are creating together!* *What more can I say, the importance of family time and self-care can't be overemphasized, I'm grateful for the improvement in my health, and the joyous movement with hubby and kids, indeed there's great joy in simple moments, this was it!
