Today I, STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE, have come up with a very nice post in the community. Today I am going to share with you about health and a very popular fruit that we eat every day and in our daily lives, which is litchi. Through this post, I will explain how litchi is cultivated and some of the benefits of eating litchi. I hope you like them. Let's get started.

Since Bangladesh is an agricultural country, there are different types of crops and fruits in almost every district of the country. Crops and fruits are cultivated and one of the fruits is a very high-quality fruit, litchi, because it is very delicious and its demand is high, due to which the people of the village are now benefiting a lot by cultivating litchi.

Now I will highlight the rules and methods of cultivating litchi in this section. Some correct rules and methods have to be adopted for cultivating litchi. To plant litchi trees, first of all, a good quality place or land has to be built because litchi trees cannot be planted in land where water accumulates and even if you call, the litchi tree may die and may not grow well due to which.

Building a suitable place is very important for litchi cultivation. Then, once the land is secured, it has to be cultivated and the soil has to be leveled and it has to be cleaned well with a ladder. Then, various types of organic fertilizers and cow dung fertilizers have to be applied and left for a few days. Then, good quality litchi seedlings have to be planted. Hey, the distance between planting trees should be at least 10 meters because these seedlings are very thick and occupy a lot of space.

After that, after planting the seedlings, it is necessary to water them because if you do not water them, the litchi seedlings may die, so you have to water them twice a day. And in this way, the litchi seedlings grow slowly and reach a stage. Various types of insect attacks appear among those seedlings, then from that attack. Litchi seedlings have to be protected and in this way they have to be cared for and grown.

Since litchi is available in winter season and summer season, litchi flowers start to appear in winter season and what is happening now is that within ten days of the flowers coming, litchi starts to ripen. And in summer season, they become suitable for eating.

Litchi is a delicious and nutritious fruit. It is beneficial for health in many ways as a result of consuming it. It has various benefits for the human body. Litchi contains vitamin C, and vitamin C is very important for our human body, which plays many roles in keeping our human body healthy and due to the lack of vitamin C, people can have many types of diseases and if someone can eat two or four litchis every day during this summer, then his vitamin C deficiency will not occur and the nutrition of vitamin C will be fulfilled and the human body will remain active and good.
