*** I am a teacher by profession. My institute name is “The National Institute of Textile Engineering and Research (NITER). Training programs are organized or provided by our organization from time to time to enhance skills and capabilities in professional life. In continuation, this time I had the opportunity to go to Rajshahi. An assessor training program on "Skills and Pedagogy" was organized for 12 days at Rajshahi Technical Training Center. The training program was under the overall supervision of "The National Skill Development Authority (NSDA)". *** The training program started on 7/7/2023. So I reached Rajshahi from Dhaka on 6/7/2023. There were nice dormitories. I and one of my colleagues went up to the dormitory. There were beautiful bedrooms, toilets, canteens, conference rooms, playgrounds, bathrooms, etc. Then I stayed in the conference room to participate in the training program as per the pre-arranged time and got to know the other participants. We formed a team of 32 people. In this way, I worked with the whole team for 12 days. Our training program was quite tough. Had to complete 7 modules in 12 days. The entire training is divided into 2 parts. First 4 days skill part, next 8 days pedagogy part. And sometimes there were formative and summative assessments.

*** Our whole team has worked hard to complete this entire training program successfully. We all did group study together. Exchanged notes among ourselves. I have solved many problems in this way. That was very difficult for individuals. The assessment part of the training program was very difficult. The work was made easier by everyone's teamwork. Outside of the training, we discussed our personal, family, and work. Everyone was like a family member. As a result, I succeeded in solving all the problems.
