Hello steemians, how was your day, I trust it was well spent. So I want to talk about how my day was spent and how I prepared my favourite dish, while I walk you through the steps and procedures of making this delicacy that is called Igbagwu oka (corn moi moi) in my native language, here in Anambra State, Nigeria. It is also known as "corn pudding"
