This is a technology which use like as well as utilise sensors for the purpose of conversion of physical data into digital data which make it more easy to access and to edit. ____ There are multiple types of scanners which are available and these include flatbed scanner,document scanner as well as 3D scanner. If I talk about flat bed kennels then these are most ideal and suitable for the purpose of scanning photos art work as well as other documents which are fragile. If I talk about document scanner then these are specifically designed for scanning of high volume of documents that's why most of their use is in offices and at other work places. ____ There are some of the advancements in scanned technology in which first of all there is development of optical character recognition software. Optical character recognition is useful for enabling scanner for recognizing and extraction of text from documents which are scanned so it makes it more easy to edit and search. ____ If I talk about resolution of scanner then it is measured in dot per inch which affect quality of images which are scanned. If there are high dot scanner is producing then it means that image will be more detailed and file will be large in size and if there are low dot appearing per inch then it means that scanned images would not be must detailed so file size would not be much large. ____ Speed of scanner is one of the most important factor for those scanning applications that are of high volume. There are some of the scanner which can scan up to 200 pages just in 1 minute so it makes it most suitable comfortable and ideal for documents which are large scale documents as well as for digitalisation project. ___ 3D scanning technology is a technology which has revolutionized different new ways for this applications like reverse engineering,proto typing as well as architectural modelling. Scanning technology is enabling the development of mobile scanning app with in returns permit users for scanning document and images by the use of their smartphone. ____ If I talk about advancement in scanner technology then these are useful for enhancement of accessibility for those which are disable like scanner with OCR are able to read text loud which helps individuals that are impaired or disabled Visually. ______ So that was all about my topic so now you can easily understand that as the technology is growing and advancing then we may expect more development like recognition of real time object and argument reality integration.
