Hello everyone, I hope that all of you will be doing well and enjoying the time with great pleasure. The third week of the curation from Team 4 ended successfully on the 21st of April 2023.

During the 7 days of week 2 of the month of April 2023, we successfully curated different posts by exploring different tags and visiting different communities on the Steemit platform. All 5 members of Team 4 have curated the posts with the help of @steemcurator07 throughout the whole week. In total, **171 posts** and **36 comments** were curated by us this week. Now, I am here to present the weekly report for the third week of this month. ___ ####

Observations of the Curators

___ - **@steemdoctor1: Saturday (15, April 2023):-** >It was my first curation day for this week and I got the account full earlier so I started the curation earlier. I visited different communities and explored different tags to curate a total of 24 posts and 5 quality comments. The overall experience was very good and the quality of post was also average. Engagement Challenges were off so I focused more on other dynamics and contests. - **@fantvwiki: Sunday (16, April 2023):-** >Many variations of posts that I chose on February 16, 2023, and there were many posts of contest participants that were a pity to miss. Although in the end, the theme of the diary game is a post that gets a lot of votes, with other interesting themes. In the end a pretty good day seeing a lot of posts. - **@anasuleidy: Monday (17, April 2023):-** >This day of curation was quite interesting since at half a day the electricity went out in my community, this free space allowed me to relax to join again and get very good publications and very varied content... Being my main objective to look for recipes , tutorials , educational and travel reviews, of course without leaving aside the diary game, where brilliant and spontaneous content is found. - **@petface: Tuesday (18, April 2023):-** >This time I started curating just before lunch. Whilst I was waiting for the account to fully charge I began selecting articles and filling in the spreadsheet. Then I went back, upvoted the content and I left each of the authors a comment to which many responded in the next few hours. The dream couple, one of this week's engagement challenge topics, has certainly caught fire. There were numerous posts inspired by it and I am pretty sure that more will follow. There were also plenty of interesting diary game articles with lots of photographs out there and I even chose to feature one of them. - **@josevas217: Wednesday (19, April 2023):-** >When we are in Engagement challenge seasons, in general, the tendency is that the majority of users go to the participating communities, so many posts are left somewhat unattended in other communities, so it is good to see the contest entries in other communities to realize the great variety of topics that there are to develop. This particular curation day was for that. - **@steemdoctor1: Thursday (20, April 2023):** >It was the second curation day for me and I started the curation duty at the exact time. I was busy in the Eid shopping so I done the curation in two rounds of different parts of the day. In total, I curated 21 posts and 5 comments that I found good in quality. The quality of content this day was very good and I liked many great posts from great authors. - **@fantvwiki: Friday (21, April 2023):-** >As always, I get the chance to select multiple users, especially users who participate in engagement challenges. The time difference with my teammates who are 11 hours apart, makes me satisfied to curate the second in this 3rd week. I hope to always get the opportunity to choose many users, with an even distribution. ___ ####
