I brushed my mouth, prepared my breakfast which was custard and bread, after eating, I decided to rest and think of how I will spend the rest of my day. As I was thinking, I remembered some of my clothes I kept for washing, I immediately ran to a nearby store and bought detergent so that I will wash the clothes, after washing my clothes, I cleaned the toilet and the bathroom, then around 11:00, I was done with my morning chores, I took my bathe and rest for a while. **MY AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES** As I was resting under a tree in the compound, immediately light came, I was so happy because I have seen something to keep myself busy for a meantime. I ran inside the sitting room and plugged my phone and then started watching an Indian movie "**my heart knows**". I watched the movie for more than an hour and I got distracted because the movie was interesting. I didn't remember that there's no lunch in kitchen, I came to my senses and immediately switched off everything. I ran inside the kitchen, opened the capboard but no single food stuff and my mum who went to market is not even back yet, the only thing I managed to see was just few cups of rice. I became relieved somehow, I took 1000 naira I saw inside my bag and rushed to a nearby store where food stuffs are sold. I used the 1k to prepare jellofrice. **THE INGREDIENTS I BOUGHT**: *Fresh tomatoes *Two sachets of groundnut oil *Crefish *Onions *Maggi, salt, pepper and spice. ![Snapchat-760632602.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaeC37SwsgRiSAPYhpFLfbeGkFELMnxRkno7VNTXpAemN/Snapchat-760632602.jpg) **The ingredients** **HOW I PREPARED THE FOOD** I chopped the onions and tomatoes into pieces, parboiled the rice, grind the crefish and pepper, dried my pot, add the two sachets of groundnut oil, then I put the chopped onions and tomatoes, add some of the spice and salt, just after two minutes, I put Maggi, crefish and pepper and then add little cup of water since it's just few cups of rice and as well poured my parboiled rice inside it and turn it together.
