Rice is one of my favorite foods especially party jellof rice but I needed a little change so I made white rice with chicken stew. The food was delicious and yummy that I craved extra plate but didn't because it was *dinner* and it's not advisable to eat heavy. #### *The ingredients used in preparing the meal are: Rice, Chicken, Vegetable Oil, Seasoning cube, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Water, Fresh Tomatoes, Pepper, Crayfish* The food is healthy and nutritious. I bought the ọkpa and then made the pap to go with it. I enjoy eating okpa any day, any time because it's not only delicious but nutritious too. #### *In this meal, you will find protein, vitamins, fiber, carbohydrates, iron etc* #### The ingredients are ọkpa seed, palm oil, pepper, salt, onion, pap. It's a simple meal but nutritious. I have been craving akara for a while now and I usually buy it around my parent's neighborhood. The food has nutrients important to the body and the ingredients are *spinach, salt, crayfish, egg, tomato, vegetable oil, pepper, plantain* The meal's cost is about ₦600 (5.48 Steem) ### Conclusion These are the simple but healthy and nutritious meals I enjoyed this past week.
