You'll all agree with me that all those aforementioned functions would necessitate or call for her always making a determined effort to be creative and original both in preparing her reports for the week and equally in training other steemit members. * @ngoenyi is so hardworking that she is able to perfectly balance her roles as a moderator of several communities that make up Steemit social network and as the Nigerian Country Representative, without allowing any of those functions aforementioned to be neglected nor even relegated to the background. In fact, it is easy to administer the large population of steemalive community as a result of the organized efforts of the inventor, @focusnow, and there is no doubt that this community has performed tremendously well in assisting newbies, and also in retaining and rewarding them since it's inception . The Road Show promotional exercise is being strictly observed by each state according to their different days of outing and in various cities. Besides, with the cooperation and support of the appointed team leaders, the team members who consistently participate in the weekly road shows are usually given special recognition and attention for their efforts which ultimately reinforces them for further action. Interestingly, @steemalive community has produced three professors who have been actively and positively impacting on steemit platform via the Steemit Crypto Academy Community and these person's are @awesononso, @reminiscence and @fredquantum, these professors are products of @steemalive community.
