You do a self-appraisal. Your aim is to cheer at the big things you accomplished and then look at your mistakes in order to learn from them. Before the start of a fresh year, many people also write resolution - things or goals they hope to accomplish in the coming year. That is the essence of this contest. We want you to write about some of your mistakes in 2021 and your resolution for 2020 # What you need to do Here is what you need to do. **1. Write in detail about at least 2 major mistakes you made in 2021. What happened, What did you do, what would you have done if given a second chance** **2. Write at least 3 things you would like to accomplish in 2022.
