How are you all doing today 💕 The last I posted here was 5 days ago and it's been a very tedious week all along. Well, today I will talking about my diary game. How my day went. I am talking about the 27th day of May 2024. So, happy Children's day to every Child out there. Today started with me going to the gym. I didn't have to do such stressful exercise on this day because in my previous visit to the hospital, the physiotherapist warned on not engaging in strenuous exercises.

So I arrived at the gym by 6 30 am and did mostly of sit up exercises and by 7:40 a.m. I was done with my exercises and I quickly branched at a nearby store to get a native food before heading home. I ate my name and quickly had my bed know that the physiotherapist said he was going to be the office by 8:00 and it's by 9:00 to 10:00 he should be going or be at the clinic so, I didn't have to miss the session. Well after everything that I did trying to meet up and skipping some of my morning routine so that I would need to be the physiotherapist it happened that I left so late when I got to demands office it was 9:31 a.m. already and I felt I have missed the session for the day later I resolved to wait for him to be doing with the clinic so that he can attend to me for while I was going to the car to continue with my waiting I saw him coming in to my greatest surprise also did not make it to be clinic for the day so, that shortened the journey for me.

So for today's therapy I came in the same time with an old man who was so on a therapy section and the physiotherapist combined the both sessions for the two of us the funny was that when the physiotherapist connected the stuff on the old man, he kept still till the very end and this was not the same for me as I kept reacting to shocking sensation I got at every point. One could easily guess that the old man has had more than 5 sessions. So immediately I was done with the session I headed straight to the office prior to that time I had informed my boss that I won't be early to work and why. So when I got to work I quickly went straight to prepare my counter affidavit I have the case coming up in a week time but I had to get it ready and file it too.

I quickly did this, had it vetted and then, proceeded to photocopying machine where I had to photocopy the exhibit I attached and in a short while, I was done. I won't forget to say that there was too much back and forth with me photocopying those statements because some other lawyers whose cases urgently and I had to excuse them to do with knowing the wages and considering the fact that that was the only photocopier in the office. Use splash guys I didn't get to fry my counter affidavit with accompanying documents today reason being that my other colleagues left according to them they had some things to attend to meeting. At first I thought it was going to be a kind of 5, 10, 15 minutes discussion but then this took over to to three hours that I decided to do not find my processes beside I was still so much with the time but the waiting process was not easy because I was hungry, needed to go home and have a life after the office. ![IMG_20240527_155131_808.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUsWgKGiZ62E4QeqkDgZUT3yPWBABPNXA6Q6SaJguYfk8/IMG_20240527_155131_808.jpg) At this point, I was really tired of waiting 🥺 Finally I had to summon the courage to call him on phone and when I did I informed him that I was going to leave so soon and he played that I should give him the next 15 minutes time will be in the office but this was like an extra 45 minutes and soon he was around I left why going home I decided to branch at the market and opposite the market was a fast food where I had to eat first so that I can have enough strength to go buy things down so in the market I got rice to top up to the one at home and I got some vegetables like - Carrot - Green leaf - Green Bean And more. ![IMG_20240527_203758_448.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmNTmWhc4VqagbRGaNT1ACFsexn49GUWQD9AWaWNXEQGgE/IMG_20240527_203758_448.jpg) Well after some hours getting home and cooking my food was doing it was really a very stressful one because I didn't have the luxury of light in the kitchen and I strong good combining this with other shows at home just so I could have an easy morning. Meanwhile ever since I took my weight loss jewelry so serious I said I was not going to be eating anything past 6 but because I was so formation and not eating makes me feel like I was going to faint in the next 20 minutes I decided to have have plates of my meal so much veggies and by the time I was done, I quickly had my bath and slept off. Indeed it was such a stressful day. And I promise to minimize the level of responsibility I take next time just so I don't gaa up I also hope you got one or two from this.
