Here first i will tell you what is haemoglobin. # *Haemoglobin* It is basically a protein in the human body inside's the red blood cells which carry oxygen to the human body. To the cells tissues and to the organs of human body. So here we have to answer few questions of today's post.

WHAT IS IMPORTANCE OF HAEMOGLOBIN COUNT IN HUMAN BODY??

As we all know haemoglobin plays important role in our human body for maintenance of our good health. It has so many roles . The major role is that 1. it carry oxygen to the tissues and cells of body 2.it also helps in the cellular energy production 3. It also helps to removes extra carbon dioxide from the human body. 4.It also maintain the PH by buffering the hydrogen ions. So these are some main vital roles of hemoglobin. If its range goes down than it will cause many complications. The major complication is anemia. So here are some symptoms through which you need to test your haemoglobin level. Is you have these symptoms than it may indicate that your body has low level haemoglobin in your blood. 1.pale slin 2.Dizziness 3.fatugue 4. shortness of breath 5.weakness 6.Headache.

The Normal range of haemoglobin in females is 12-16g/dL.
