# *Kidney stone* Kidney stones are hard solid mass which are made up of salts and minerals insides kidney. And they may cause very much severe pain.

WHAT ARE CAUSS OF KIDNEY STONE AND WHAT ARE THE COMMON SYMPTOMS

# *Causes* The causes includes not drinking enough water, and eating food which is high in sodium and oxaltes, or if you have family history of having kidney stones then you may get it. # *Symptoms* The major symptom of kidney stone is pain in side or back below the level of lower ribs, a person having kidney stone may experience pain during urination, feeling nausea and vomiting are also signs of having kidney stones.

HOW DO KIDNEY STONES BE PREVENTED OR GET TREATED?

# *PREVENTION* The first main thing to prevent kidney stone is to drink alot of water as much as you can and minimum 7-8 glass per day. Awareness can help so many people to early get detected about this problem. It can improve importance of understanding the causes prevention and treatment for kidney stones. Early prevention will help a person to not get a disease to its severity and got treated it earlier.
