It is a human body disease called medically called osteoporosis which involves weakening bones. In which our bones are badly affected, they become very weak, which also hurts a lot of sitting. Which can be the main reason of the bone pain and the bones break. And this disease is especially found in the elderly or in children whose bones are weakened but in one thing I share with people that osteoporosis that is a disease that is silent killer . Occasionally, the disease does not appear at all, but our bone breaks down and pain. Some people do not appear at all unless their bone is broken. ##

• In the preventions, we should do that we should keep our diet good, which is why vitamin D is met in our body and our bones remain stroing because it is very important to meet vitamin D in our body to not take this disease and to cope. We must also improve our lifestyle as well as add good foods and fruits to our diets.
