Today since morning I have been sleeping, in between I'm taking breaks for the essential works. Yesterday night I slept at 11 PM. I Got Up at 2:30 PM. I took a bath to cooldown. I slept on sofa in the balcony. The place was very cool but I couldn't stretch my leg. So I returned to room and slept on bed. I again got up at 6 AM. I had a cup of Tea with biscuit. I quickly check steemit notification. I went to garden and water the plants. I read newspaper. I had my breakfast with beaten rice, milk and omlate. I had my medicines. I helped my wife to clean and cut the vegetable. My daughter was also grinding the coconut.

I took bath. Again I went to sleep upto 1:30 PM. I had my lunch with rice and vegitable fish curry. I started listening YouTube song videos mainly one artist named Madhuraa Bhattacharya who sings Bengali and Hindi film songs along with rabindrasangeet. I heard her songs first time. She is a seasoned singer. I took some papiya afterwards.

I don't know how did I manage the similar heat forty four years ago. I was very young and completed my graduation. During those days how did I manage with the outdoor environment I don't remember. Actually there were hardly any domestic airconditioner in those days. Moreover there were very less sky rise buildings, flyovers, individual motor vehicles, metros which really holds lot of heat in the city in absence of greenery and water bodies. This unbearable situation has arise due western dry air which prevents the formation of water vapour causes rain. Humidity has become 31%. Most of the day temperature was mor than 105°F. Again I took a nap.i had a cup of tea without sugar. I waited till sun sets. I had some puffed rice with a banana. I went out to buy my medicines to the nearest shop. I took two cups of New calorie sugar free Tata Glucon with lichi and lemon flavour. 100ml cup cost you ₹ 10. I returned home and watch Dadagiri Unlimited on Zee5 ott platform. In the meantime I started writing my diary. My dinner was ready. I had roti and paneer sabji. I had my medicines at the bedtime.
