Thank you @aaliarubab for organising such an important daily diary game contest. Today being last Sunday of the year I took the opportunity to make it a healthy memorable day. I would like to invite three fellow Steemians @paholags @eveetim @daprado1999 Today I got up at 7:00 AM. I just quickly completed basic hygiene. First of all I checked the blood glucose count with the help of Gluco meter. It was found to be 106. I had a cup of ginger tea.

At 8:00 AM went out for a stroll. I stopped at near by park where a friendly cricket mach was played among locals.

While passing by the church I saw anew car being blessed by Father. I got the new car smell which is very much poisonous and also may cause cancer. This is slow evaporation of volatile Organic Compounds. This smell can be eliminated by driving the car and allowing wind to pass through open windows.

Just on the right turn after church there is Tram Depo Market where a bekery delivery vehicle arrived with fresh cake, pattis and pestry.

Now I saw a man is selling baby corn along with sweet corn. It is a low calorie with high fibre crop aids in digestion and supports weightloss efforts. Price per Kg of Baby corn and sweet corn are ₹80 and ₹100 respectively. I returned home at 9:30AM. I had my breakfast with Flattened rice pulao, egg poach and milk. I took morning medicines also.

I went through the newspaper and read the local news for about an hour. I did weekly domestic work. Helped family in preparation of lunch. At about 2:00 PM I had my lunch with chicken stew and Basmati rice. India Gate Basmati rice was given free with a bottle of Dabur honey contains lot of sweetener not to be consumed by diabetic patients.

At 4:00 PM I checked the blood glucose count. Post Prandial (PP) was 143 and Fasting (F) was 106. I had a small guava (34 calories/50g) and orange (34 calories/70g). I went out for half an hour stroll in the evening. Walking is one of the good exercises for overall maintenance and improvement of health. I always take medicines as per doctor's prescription. In the evening I took another medicine. I started writing the post and in between I had my dinner with roti, fish and vegetables. I took two more medicines at bedtime.
