Nowadays, fast food is quite a popular food. The popularity of fast food is increasing day by day. Everyone, young and old, is seen eating fast food. It attracts everyone because of its delicious and tempting taste. However, I do not like to eat fast food regularly. When I feel the need to bring some variety to my food while eating the same homemade food, I eat fast food at least twice a week. Besides, I enjoy fast food with my family to enjoy holidays or special moments. Although fast food is delicious, it has many health risks. Yes, fast food can be made healthier. For this, high-quality ingredients should be used in food. Lean protein should be added to food. Healthy oils should be used to prepare fast food. Use natural herbs or spices in food instead of excess salt. Use sugar and reduce honey or fruit-based natural sweeteners in sauces and drinks. Add fresh vegetables to burger sandwiches.
