I hope that You all are having a wonderful time as well I'm also doing good as well, I'm glad to be here one's again and at the same time I will also be taking part in this wonderful contest titled **"Sore Throat"**. It is such a nice topic in which I will get to share my thoughts concerning the treatment of sore throat. All thanks to @Khursheedanwar for bringing up this wonderful contest. Let's share our thoughts together as i start from here. A sore throat can be quit uncomfortable and painful, it is the inflammation or irritation of the throat most expecially the pharynx which is at the back of the month. It is often accompanied by pain and scratches in the throat which can sometimes makes it difficult for someone to speak, swallow or even to breathe. Some common causes of **sore throat** also includes infections like acid flux, dry air, smoking and pollution, for a person to maintain a proper heath it is essential for one to take home treatment or consult an health provider for a proper treatment of sore throat.

**Some common symptoms of sore throat includes**.

• Fever • Cough • Headache • Tenderness • Swelling • Difficult swallowing Incase you're experiencing a sore throat it is essential to consult an health care professional for a medical medication.

"**A WARM SALT WATER GARGLE."**

**INSTRUCTIONS**

**• Mix The Salt And Water:** Combine atleast 1/4 teaspoon of salt with 8 ounces of water inside a bowl, then stir and make sure that you wait for sometimes until the salt is fully dissolved inside the water solution. **• Gargle The Mixture:** Take a deep breath and tilt your head back by allowing the mixture to reach the back of your throat, then swish the salt water solution around your throat for like 30 seconds to one minute to reach all areas. **• Spit It Out:** Endeavour to rinse your mouth with fresh and clean water to remove the remaining salt water, then repeat the process atleast every 30 seconds to one hour to help alleviate sore throat symptoms. **Endeavour to follow these instructions listed above so as to help your throat feel better.**

**TIPS**

• Use a warm water to avoid discomfort. • Gargle the water before swallowing to help loosen mucus. • Spit out the mixture, as swallowing salt water can leads to dehydration. • Repeat the process regularly to help reduce throat inflammation and kill bacteria.

**CONCLUSION**
