How often do you eat fast food, and why?

| | ------ | --------- *Well that for me is a very rear situation and it happens in a very pressing issue, so the answer is that I do not eat fast food often rather I only eat it when I am in a tight situation.* ------- *For example some few months ago when I was working in the hotel the food they was too expensive and since I have to work very late and coming back in the morning I will then have to buy fast food in other to eat and go to sleep so as to be able to meet up with work in the evening*. ------ *I am a kind of person who solely enjoys cooking my own meal whenever I want to eat and it suits me very well when I'm not busy like now that I have stop working I now have time to prepare my meal how I want it.* ------- |

What Are Your Favorite Fast Foods? Tell us about them

What Do You Think Are The Biggest Health Risks Associated With Fast Food?

| | ------ | --------- *Well basically I do not think that eating fast food is advisable or should be something that is taken as a main job or point of survival, because I one's work in a place like that and trust me those cook will be running their mouths discussing while cooking which is very bad.* ------ *And sometimes the various ingredients that is being used to cook a meal might be harmful to a person's system though not everyone but some people.* ------ ------ >***Example*** >^{***If a meal is being prepared with garlic 🧄 or ginger trust me not everyone's system likes garlic or ginger and it might affect them***} >^{***Same is applicable with pepper, there are some meal you buy and eat and the pepper 🫑 used in preparing the meal is too much and it can affects someone though not everyone***.} ------ ------- |

Do You Believe Fast Food Can Be Made Healthier? If yes, how?

| | ------ | --------- *Yes of course I definitely believe that fast food can be made healthier, infact every fast food joint or shop or lounge wants their spot to be the best in town but the workers are the one's spoiling the whole thing.* ------ *For example the manager may announce no talking while cooking a customer's meal but it's some of the cooks that will always misbehave especially when they are not being paid enough, out of anger they will be preparing the meal anyhow*. ----- *So in other to make fast food to be prepared more healthier all it needs is deligent and adequate supervision in the kitchen in which the food is being prepared.* ----- ^{***This will be the end of my entry and I will like to invite some of my friends to join me in this contest***@saintpaul17, @muhammad-ahmad & @aspiya} ------
