You have prepared a very informative and excellent post about sugar. Now everyone can control sugar, even those who used to have difficulty controlling it. Diabetes is a very dangerous disease. My grandmother recently had an operation and half of her leg was amputated due to diabetes. Her condition is still very bad. May Allah Almighty grant her a long and healthy life. Avoid foods and drinks that cause diabetes as much as possible.
