When I was young I never thought much about that and just needed fresh water and soup, to keep my skin clean. The other thing that I learnt is whatever we eat we can see our face skin, for example if we eat much greasy food or sweets that will cause pimples and also makes the skin greasy. That is why, nowadays I reduced significantly sugar and any fuzzy drinks. I also reduced fatty stuff. But early or later we have to think about our skin and use some products. I found that the products from “Ritual” like moisturizer that I usually apply at least once a day. The company has also mask that has some necessary for skin minerals and also the other one to calm down inflammation.* ***What are the benefits of using these cosmetic products?*** *Often we try something and we decide to stay with one or another product. I like the fact that those products are not fatty and even after applying there is no feeling of sticky skin so I can immediately can do something without waiting for cream to be absorbed by skin. I do not if the creams are really have good effect but I like the feeling of them on my skin and hope it works for me.* ***What is the difference between natural cosmetic products and chemical based ones? Which one do you prefer and why*** *I prefer Natural products and they are always good than chemicals, because they are made of herbal basis or minerals sometimes made using simple old recipes and that are the best to continue the traditions of our ancestors. Therefore, even if the chemical based products promise good results you should not trust them.* ***Do you think the regular use of cosmetic products can damage our skin? Even those who are elderly are advised to use regular cream. I think a lot depends on what we use and how, but also how often.
