Our leaders couldn't do any thing about it, people are immersely suffering eating from hands to mouth struggling to survive. Price of goods and services keep increasing everyday day by day. Some people barely can't afford the price of foodstuff and items due to the increment of price of goods. This issue have strengthen people to be working very hard in order to ensure they made enough money that would wrath the prices of foodstuff. A perfect example is tea and coffee which can help to improve alertness, concentration and reduce the risk of certain diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Another example is energy drinks like fruit juice, lucozade boost and many of them which provides a quick boost of energy and contribute positively in our mental and physical health state. I prefer drinks that provides healthy care in my daily living. I don't too much like drinking alcohol though I learnt that they're also good in our body system because they help to fight some diseases and play a vital role in our heart health. |**✅ Do you think it is important to drink lots of water?**| |------------------------------| Yes of course, it is very important to drink enough of water because it is very essential for mainteinning our overall health and well-being. Drinking enough water helps to keep our skin hydrated, reducing the risk of dryness and also water helps to regulate our body temperature through sweating and respiration. Moreover, I think drinking enough water also helps to protect tissues and organs in our body system and also resists in the removal of waste product through urine, sweat and bowel movement. |**✅ What is a traditional drink in your country for celebrating?**| |---------------------------| The traditional drink for celebration in my country is Palm wine.
