Daily routines help us manage our time well. Having a fixed routine helps you to know when to do things each day, so that time is not wasted and daily tasks can be done quickly and in a planned manner. Routines help to develop regular healthy habits, such as: sleeping at a regular time, exercising regularly, eating healthy. eating etc. Such habits are beneficial for our physical and mental health.
