For a long time I felt like I had to say “yes” to everything. Whether it was helping a friend, taking on extra work, or agreeing to plans I didnt have time for, I rarely said “no.” But over time I realized that saying “yes” to everything was leaving me exhausted and overwhelmed. When someone asks me to do something I take a moment to think about whether I have the time and energy. If I dont, I know its okay to say “no.” ### 3. **The Positive Changes I’ve Experienced** Saying “no” has made a huge difference in my life. I feel less stressed and more in control of my time. Its also helped me focus on the things that matter most like spending time with family or working on personal projects. I have also noticed that people respect my boundaries when I communicate them clearly.
