"Unfortunately sometimes our own enemies are us and our mind, we are the ones who let our mind play against us and let our goals take a back seat. Or at least it has happened to me and many times. Changes can be very hard and throw us off balance, make us lose our equilibrium, but we must learn to live with them and accept them. They are almost always good. Among the types of sabotage that we can experience we have PROCRASTINATION, a very common issue, I have also gone through it, procrastination sometimes plays against us because we never put an end to that task or that important matter. It is a bad habit and very difficult to disappear, but not impossible. EXCUSES, these are another way that we often take in order not to accept or face problems, tasks, changes, in short, we keep putting a stop to what we fear so much or that we simply feel insecure to face. We must be sure to plan and organize our tasks and goals, but we must also have the discipline to accomplish them. That word DISCIPLINE is closely linked to CONSTANCE, these are two qualities that successful people have and must have in order to accomplish everything they set out to do. Sacrifices are part of that race called SUCCESS, otherwise I think it would be almost impossible to achieve great things in our lives. So once again I say that we are the only ones to blame for not achieving our goals and dreams, we may have obstacles but that's what life is all about, life is like that, full of obstacles and inconveniences, but very beautiful at the same time. I think we should always repeat that to ourselves, that it is worth it to move forward and enjoy the road. So think again and meditate on why you are not achieving or fulfilling your goals, is it really life or are your actions not benefiting you? ### Thank you for reading my post.
