Some people find it difficult to accept their losses and hence, they become irrational and make more losses. This happens to forex traders a lot, as they most times trade and think everyday is a win day, not knowing that they are still some bad days as well. When they start to lose, they don't accept that, today will be bad day, they continue trading and making more and more losses. I know someone who will grow his account from $200 to $1500 - $2000, in 4 to 5 days and will lose everything in a single day. Because he didn't accept his losses and tried to change a bad day to a good day, which made his day even worse. There is a saying that, when your boat begins to sink, don't pray and hope for a miracle, just jump.
