I focus on this point because I particularly find it very stressful to change the plan overnight or to work without planning what I consider more problematic. And from now on, we have to start working to meet this year's goals, since the celebration season has passed. Each day must be enjoyed to the fullest, especially with family and loved ones, so we must be more flexible and able to improvise to enjoy great moments, especially after coming from a long period of estrangement as was the pandemic. The moment that should be enjoyed is the present, we must focus on what we live and with whom we live, without stopping to think so much about things and worry so much about the future because it is very uncertain, this will allow us to take care and maintain physical and mental health. It is advisable not to be so strict, as it can be very tiring and allow us to deviate when it is beneficial.
