Let me introduce to you my contest meal, Bitter Leaf soup and Garri. It will come in 4 sections. • Introduction • Ingredients and It's recipe • It's Nutritional value • Conclusion

## Introduction

Before I go deeply into the contest content, let me briefly introduce the meal "Bitter Leaf soup and Garri",Bitter Leaf soup and Garri is ome of meal that is common in my neighborhood and people like eating it because of it's medicine potentials. It has different ways of cooking it, the bitterness in it is very good in stomach pains. A time they do squeeze the green leaf and drink it as juice, which is very medicinal.

## Ingredients and It's recipe

Bitter Leaf soup and Garri has it way of preparation and those ingredients that makes it a meal ,so as to me,I like the Soup very well from my childhood. So my method of preparation us simple as a man ,I can't compete with women but I can do better than them. The ingredients of my Meal: • Bitter Leaf • Water Leaf • Meat • Crayfish • Dry Fish • Cooking Oil • Maggi • Stock Fish • Melon • Pepper • Water • Garri

The Recipe: The method of my cooking is that when I finish buying all these ingredients at the market,I came back home and started washing the ingredients one after the other, set up the fire for the cooking. The first thing is washing the fish, stock fish,meat and dry fish in to the put and set up the gas cylinder. I first boiled the meat, fish and stock fish during this time,i was cutting the water leaf and wash it squeezed it and removed the water. ## It's Medicinal value

Bitter Leaf have a lot of vitamin contents such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1 and B12. It is also rich in quinine, a compound that h to cure malaria, and also clean the liver. But locally, people use to ate it because of it bitterness that is very good in stomach pains, a time they will squeeze the juice out of it and drink it,it a quick response to stomach pains.

## Conclusion

In my conclusion,I will end by saying Bitter Leaf soup is rich in many vitamins and medically it cures stomach pains or it can be used for first aid for stomach pain before going to hospital So it is nutritionally good to the body. And I advised us to be eating it time to time.
