## Hello Everyone, Welcome to my belog.How are you all.I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too.I am also fit and fabulous.Today here I am participating this amazing and unique contest.Contest Alert HWC contest #156 food diary game week#52.This contest organized by @ joyti-the light.I am very Thankful for mam she was arranging such a nice contest.Today I am share you daily menu of the day Let's move towards and starts My day starts at 6:30 am I prayer fajur .then recite Holy Quran .then I went to park on morning g walk then came back home take some rest and went to kitchen for preparing breakfast

Firstly I made a tea then knead the dough for preparing parathas .after that frying eggs .it's my family favourite breakfast.every morning I made this breakfast only Sunday we bought halwa Puri in market.after breakfast .I opened steemit account and checked notifications then my elder son wake up .

Then I made yougrt drink.he is fond of yougrt drink.its summer Drink .easy to make very energetic and cool the temperature of our body.then .y servant came in my house .she was house chores in my house.she was done all the work except kitchen work .I did my self .

I went to kitchen for preparing lunch.Today I made in lunch Dal mong with breads .mostly I made Dal with rice but Today I made Dal with breads.due to the hot weather I made Dal .it's easy to cook.when the food is ready we enjoyed lunch together .after lunch I prayer Zohar then take a short nap.

In the evening I went to terrace of my house.The cool breez were blowing .my husband came to office and bought many fruits.then my daughter wash the fruits and take a plate in bananas appricot.then we enjoyed fruits.after maghrab we return back room.

I went to kitchen for preparing dinner .Today I made in dinner rice with pickle with salate.its very simple food .pickle enhance the taste of rice then I ate dinner .
