And I like keeping them because they are very close to humans, they are very useful to humans as well. Canid has been one of the most domesticated animals by humans and they have developed a specific Skill of communication with humans. I made a post about them and both of them were two different species, namely [German Shepherd](https://steemit.com/hive-153970/@ubongudofot/betterlife-the-diary-game-of-22-01-2022-my-sister-s-dog-molly-lost-6-puppies-or-or-sad-day-or-or-by-ubongudofot) and [Chihuahua](https://steemit.com/hive-153970/@ubongudofot/betterlife-the-diary-game-16-01-2022-having-good-time-with-new-puppies-or-or-delegation-to-steembetterlife-or-or-club100). It was a happy thing in my life, sadly those puppies are no more alive today. And it’s the German Shepherds. Unfortunately for some weeks now they were disturbed by some viral disease. We contacted a veterinarian to inspect them and he did, and he also gave them some treatment. But due to how severe the sickness was, we took them to the [Unfailing Vet](https://www.google.com/maps/dir/5.0421838,7.9701854/Unfailing+Vet/@5.0318397,7.9125438,13z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m9!4m8!1m1!4e1!1m5!1m1!1s0x105d57d1dbe01747:0xdcc9f6749eee8daf!2m2!1d7.9249503!2d5.027272) here in Uyo, unfortunately, they all died there in the hospital. The memories of these Canids have really stroke me so badly. One might think that since they are not human, we can’t feel it, but that’s not true, hence they are souls, we feel it too. When I remember all the good times we had and the smile they put on my face, all the crazy moments we had, I just smile and shed tears at the same time. And such breed is very expensive here in Nigeria. The mum is disturbed with an ear infection, we have tried so many ways to treat that, but the wound is still stubborn to go. We are not relenting in our effort in treating the mum’s ear infection. She had these since she was just 3 months. Hopefully, it will go someday. But if @chriddi which I know takes care of Sheep or any other person who have idea in animal treatment found this post , please do you have any suggestions on what I can apply in her ear for this wound to go?, I will so much appreciate to accept those suggestions, please share with me thank you. Well, that’s a little bad memory I had to share, and I’ll use this opportunity to advise any user here who has a dog, to always run medical checkups on them, it could save those poor lives. I hope my next memory lane would be a positive one. I hope in the future, the mother will put to birth again and I'll have a new puppy. ## [**
