The family consisted of his wife and a beautiful daughter. The farmer had a small piece of land on which he used to do farming, which kept him and his family happy. Every day the farmer used to go to his farm and after working the whole day, he used to come home in the evening, he did not have to worry because he used to manage his livelihood easily by working on his farm. The farmer had only one daughter and that girl was very beautiful and was growing up day by day, so he started worrying about her marriage. Now the farmer started thinking about her marriage and started talking to his wife about this topic that now his daughter has grown up, why not get her married. After talking to his wife, the farmer thought that now he should go to some other village and look for a boy for this girl because the girl is growing up and she should be married in time. The farmer also decided to save money for his daughter's marriage that slowly by the time he finds a boy, he will save some money for the girl's marriage. With this thought in his mind, the farmer went to sleep. The next day the farmer got up in the morning and went to look for a boy for his daughter. After a while it rained heavily and all the crops grown by the farmer were destroyed in the natural calamity. Due to this the farmer was now completely broke and ruined. Now he did not have any money left for the marriage of his daughter. He had thought that he would marry his daughter with the money he would collect by selling the crops, but everything was useless in front of nature's will. Now the farmer started getting very worried as to how he would marry his daughter. Thinking about all this the farmer used to cry sometimes. Then as the days passed, the farmer worked hard in his fields and thought that he would grow a new crop and then get his daughter married. Thinking this, one day while he was working in his field, he felt something was happening under the ground at the edge of the field. The farmer dug at that place and found a bundle full of money buried in the ground. The farmer became very happy after seeing that bundle and thanked God.
