Some of the most exceptional advantages include: **Lubrication:**Water is an amazing lubricant that helps the body as a whole to function maximally by making saliva and the synovial fluid surrounding the joint, which lubricate the action of the joints in our body. **Hydration: **Hydration is the substitute or replacement of body fluid lost through sweat, exhaling, and elimination of waste.
