I made a very moist,delicious,soft cake.Your ingredient quantity was perfect.Especially since chocolate, which is usually made from cocoa powder, becomes bitter when you add Coco powder and sugar is very perfect and equal level . Cocoa powder and chocolate powder is important ingredients of baking.cocoa powder .It is very light in color and bitter in taste.Along with cocoa powder, other things are also added, such as baking powder react good result. Cocoa powder used colour and taste. All of these work together to make a good cake.It is used not only in baking but also used In cookies, cake ,brownie. but we talk about chocolate powder it's enhance flavour of cake. it is made in a powder foam.Makes the cake much moister and its texture softer. To make a cake, the amount of flour is increased and the amount of cocoa is reduced.The flour makes the base of the cake, while the cocoa is bitter, so it is added less.If we use too much flour, our cake will be too dry or may be crumbly. because cocoa naturally moist absorb.
